Default Can I use html template?

I purchased a bootstrap template and one of the files is shop.html .
Is it possible to intergrate this (html shop layout) into my Zen cart using the template override?
I tried earlier by putting the css files into custom folder and pasting the html into the define pages editor via admin with no luck.

    Short answer: No

    Long answer:

The ZC template system is fully integrated in all other ZC code. Any template you upload to your server needs to be compatible with the ZC file system or it will not work.

As an example, you can not use a template which is designed for a Drupal, Joomla or WordPress site on ZC.

There are many free (and commercial) templates available for ZC, see the Pugins area on this site to find some very good templates.

    Hope this helps

But if you know how to create Zen Cart templates you can ADAPT & APPLY your theme into the Zen Cart template structure.. You have to know what parts of your template go into which template file..

For example, I have been doing a fair bit of work to integrate my Zen Cart template with my WordPress themes by making them "Share" elements (this isn't for the faint of heart) I had to have to have a sense of how Zen Cart templates and WordPress themes are structured to do this, but the principals of what I am speaking of are the same in your case. If you understand how Zen Cart templates are structured, you can build a Zen Cart template that is based on the HTML theme you purchased..
