Finding what files are changed before upgrading (on a Mac)

I am in the planning mode for upgrading to 153 from 151. In the upgrade notes it says:

if you are using v1.5.1 already and have not customized any of the files listed in the changed_files-v1-5-2.html and changed_files-v1-5-3.html documents, then simply replace those files with the new versions contained herein.

It's been a long while since I built the site and I don't remember what files I modified. Is there an easy way to determine what they are?

I'm using a Mac.

I often check the date/time stamps of when the files were last modified as a guide. Any files that have a modification date later than the bulk of the ZenCart files usually indicate that something has been changed.

Other than that, there are sure to be programs for the Mac that you can use for a more detailed/accurate comparison. I'm not a mac user though so I can't tell you what they would be.

There are several tools available for Mac that will let you compare two sets of files. Some allow comparing 3 sets of files, which is even more helpful during an upgrade (ie: original old vs current vs original new).

On Mac I'm partial to Araxis Merge or Beyond Compare, although P4Merge is useful too.
