You didn't indicate which Zen Cart version you're running, but that message indicates that a debug-log is available (ZC versions 1.5.0 and later) in either your /cache directory (Zen Cart v1.5.0) or /logs directory (v1.5.1 and later). That log will contain details that will help to identify the issue.
