    Default Cart button

    Hi
Wondering if someone can help me with enlarging my cart button "cart_empty_icon.gif"
my template is a 12 leaves template (robbo red)
website is 1.5.3 pewterworld .co .uk Am wanting to make it about 3 times wider and will be changing the button to something brighter so it stands out more than it does now.I'm sure it must be possible

    thanks

I'm not sure exactly what button you want to change, but you should be able to create the new button, name it the same as the one you want to replace, and save it to the same directory where the old one is, overwriting the existing button.

I recommend the mod Zen Button Construction Kit to do this and many other things concerning the design of non-css buttons.

    http://www.zen-cart.com/downloads.php?do=file&id=520

For example, increasing size of Add To Cart, changing color of Sold Out, adding new buttons (Help, My Account, My Orders).

    Cheers

hey all thanks for the replies ... Yeah I have tried to make it wider via a larger image ,but I think there seems to a restriction in place on the size ,so when I replace with a larger image I get the same image size but it's all distorted even after I clear my website cache

If that's the case, more than likely CSS is forcing the size to be as it is... Again, as suggested in the posting guidelines if a site address is provided, more assistance can be given like exactly what to change where to solve the problem.

There are some browser tools that can help with this, firefox has firebug, IE has developer tools, etc...
