As i talk about here http://www.zen-cart.com/showthread.p...07#post1261507 i email a BCC of confirmation emails to a reviews site for automated review collection.... but i have ran into an issue, when a customer checks out and recieves a confirmation email that is a HTML email, the review site fails, when its a plain text email it works perfect.
Is there a way to make the email sent to the BCC email a plain text email??

No. If the 3rd-party system can't ignore the HTML content section and use the TEXT content section (the way any normal email client would), then you'll have to rewrite it all to send a separate email instead of sending a BCC.

reviews.co.uk have updated they systems to remove all html in email now and work fine now :-D
