Wishlist - Install - I'm so lost

I'm sorry for this post first and foremost.

I'm not that great at all the sql and php stuff so I'm pretty lost installing the wishlist addon.

I did the first step in the instructions but did not get far with it.
We I went to upload the file it said
"##ERROR: Cannot execute because table admin_pages does not exist. CHECK PREFIXES!"

I honestly do not know what to do with that error.

So, I tried to upload the file again and the got this message.
"##19 statements processed.
##ERROR: Cannot execute because table admin_pages does not exist. CHECK PREFIXES!
##ERROR: Cannot create table un_wishlists because it already exists
##ERROR: Cannot create table un_products_to_wishlists because it already exists
##Note: 3 statements ignored. See "upgrade_exceptions" table for additional details."

I would really like to add this to my website but I'm just not that good at it. I've seen things online about hiring people to load stuff but don't know if I should trust doing that.

Any help loading this or knowing a trustworthy site to do the hire out thing.

It may be more helpful for you to search that thread, and possibly ask the question(s) related to the problem(s) experienced where individuals familiar with the plugin are "waiting" for them.

Yes, it has some of it but not really what I'm looking for.

I'm lost most of that thread is people only a little lost.
Also, it old as the hills about install things.
Just a few recent posts, about a few things.

I was really hoping to just get a better form of instructions.
And then maybe I could get it to a point of only kinda lost.

I know I need to upgrade to 1.5 and I hope to do so soon.

Well, so again, the people in that thread have either used the code and re familiar with it or have already been just as lost and gotten through it to some point. For example I stumbled cross the first message of this thread. I don't have a clue about the wishlist program, but, from what little information was provided in the first post it seems that this was all SQL related. Typically,once an error has occurred in using the sQL instruction, then performing whatever uninstall has been provided isbest to reset the clock, so to speak. Again, though if the same issue has not been addressed in the thread for that program, then bring it up... There really is no one more familiar with the program than the people that use it who more than likely are "listening" to the thread. Everyone gets lost at some point. The hope/goal is to make sure to get the quickest most knowledgeable help. Sure might needto upgrade, but if the plugin is written to support your version of cart, then there is no reason to not be able to install it on your version now and consider upgrading later. Whatever keeps you making money and the guests information safe and secure.

Welcome to Zen Cart. It is most helpful when more descriptive of a request/issue is provided. What about it does not work for you? What is it that you desire to do that it doesn't?
