USPS Shipping Module Not Showing Shipping Estimates

On the online store painmanagementworks.com/shop after I put an item in the checkout, register an account, and proceed to checkout, there's an issue with the shipping estimator. The website says "We are unable to find a USPS shipping quote suitable for your mailing address and the shipping methods we typically use."

I did not set up this store; I inherited it. What do I need to do to make sure everything is set up correctly? I already contacted USPS and here is their reply:

Please check that you are using the current USPS October 30, 2014 shipping module:

You can also check your current install for USPS:
Go to your Zen Cart Admin and go to Tools ... Developers Tool Kit ...

In the bottom input box enter:
usps.php

Then, select Catalog ... click SEARCH ...

What comes up on the paths to the files and the lines for:
* @version $Id: usps.php


Then, to check what is being sent to USPS and received from USPS, go to your Zen Cart Admin to the Modules ... Shipping ... and edit the USPS shipping module. At the bottom of the settings, set Debug Log ... Now, try a quote on your site. You will see in the /logs (/cache on older versions of Zen Cart) the shipping logs created. Please Zip the log(s) and attach the Zip file to your post ...
