FedEx One Rate module

Does anyone know FedEx "One Rate" module exist? That's much cheaper than regular price (We have contract rate - but we are small and our rate may be not so good). I want to offer our customers "One Rate" than contract rate especially for zone 5-8 and Hawaii and Alaska. For example, our Overnight rate to Hawaii is $66, but One Rate is $39.50! One Rate is 3 different flat rate by FedEx zoning (Zone 1-2, 3-4, 5-8+HI+AK).

I'm sure the FedEx web services module could be modified to do that. However the complexity comes into now the shipment is based on the size/dimensions of the product versus the weight and that isn't support in the core yet (stay tuned). The same issue is present on USPS flat rate boxes.
