Free Shipping image not showing in some artikels that are free shipping

only one item is showing the nice big free shipping image:

all the other items that are configured the same are not showing it:

i just cannot work out why? Any suggestions? Thank you for your help.

What Product type is used on the one that works?

What Product Type is use on the ones that do not work?

On the Catalog ... Product Type ... EDIT LAYOUT is the setting for:

Product Free Shipping Image Status - Catalog
Show the Free Shipping image/text in the catalog?

Make sure that is turned on for Products marked as Always Free Shipping ...

thank you ajeh, i forgot that i must have choosed free shipping first, before clicking on 'new product' with the first one i put in which worked. all the others i just clicked on 'new product' and it went in as 'product-general'. thanks again, now i can fix it all.

Are all of your Products always to be marked as Always Free Shipping?

If so, you could configure your Products to either all use the Products Free Shipping or configure Product General to mark the Always Free Shipping choice as Always Free Shipping YES ...
