Free Shipping Options module doesn't work for my site

Good morning,

I've got a problem on my Zen Cart shipping modules configuration.

I sell videogames, I need to let customers have freeshipping IF they order at least 3 items and IF the total amount is at least 30 euros.

I've searched google, the forums, I've set up freeshipping options (freeshipper uninstalled, as indicated in the Free Shipping Module) and all set up, but when I try to Checkout it always give me the standard two shipping options that I had set up: 0.00 euros for stor pick up and 4,49€ for standard delivery.

My Zen Cart seems not to care that the free shipping module is active, it doesn't change nothing. What could it be?

If you go to Modules ... Shipping ... and click on Free Shipping Options freeoptions ... what do you see in the right hand panel?
