Default product types - how do I add them back?

Hi.

When I first set up our store I somehow managed to delete most of the product types, I have no memory of how or why I did this. I now need to add a new product based on Document-General (which has been deleted). Can anyone suggest the easiest and safest way to recreate this?

Obtain files from a fresh install... (Without having to actually install it, just need to unzip.) Any idea which document-general files were deleted? Admin side, catalog, both?

No, I don't know which files were deleted I just know that when I try to create a new product and try to choose a product type I only have 'Product - General' in the drop down menu. Do you know which files I need and their location?

What about when you go to catalog->product types? Are there five options to choose from or just four?

Just the one - Product - General.

It would seem that actually the database has been modified to remove/hide the additional product types... I would have to search the install.sql file to identify the script that adds the product type information to the database.

For v1.3.9 there's this post: http://www.zen-cart.com/showthread.p...-Product-Types ... consult the similar code in the zc_install/sql folder for the version of Zen Cart you're using.
But then for all the settings that belong to each product-type, there's all the data in the product_type_layout table for the corresponding product-type-id.
