I also assume I need to enter my log in details for the ZC admin area? Yes?

Please excuse my caution but I am keen not to do things out of sequence again ...

Yes, your usual admin login credentials will be required.

After you click submit, it may tell you about a number of things "it couldn't do", shown in red bars. I can pretty much guarantee they'll all say "... because it already exists" when trying to "add", or "... because it didn't exist" when trying to "drop". All of those can be ignored.

Arrg ... it says "Admin Password required to proceed with upgrade more info..."

When I set this up I put in the temp password and was later prompted to enter a revised password ... I have not mis-typed it :-(

Use the OLD admin password. (That's why I said "usual" earlier)
The new one you had set up during initial install was wiped out when the database was replaced with data from the old server.

Ok - used the admin log in details from the old/existing install ...

I have a number off messages in a green bar at the top:

    32 statements processed.
    62 statements processed.
Note: 4 statements ignored. See "upgrade_exceptions" table for additional details.
    13 statements processed.
    34 statements processed.
    16 statements processed.
    6 statements processed.

and the below in a pink bar at the bottom

SKIPPED: Cannot drop index page_accessed on table admin_activity_log because it does not exist.
SKIPPED: Cannot drop index access_date on table admin_activity_log because it does not exist.
SKIPPED: Cannot add index idx_page_accessed_zen to table admin_activity_log because it already exists.
SKIPPED: Cannot add index idx_access_date_zen to table admin_activity_log because it already exists.

    Is this completed? What next?

    That looks good.

You can click the Continue button at the bottom, which will take you to the same "Completed Installation" screen you saw when you did your first install.
So, basically, you can now delete the zc_install folder, and login to your Admin using that same "old" password, and visit the storefront to see your products.

There is no continue button ...

    I have:

Update Datebase now / Done with updates / Re-check

Use "Done with updates". Sorry, I can't remember what the text is on all the buttons! :)

That seem to be the only thing you can remember ...

I have now deleted the zc-install, renamed admin & chmodded the config.php file.

When I go to the store there is a red bar at the top that says:

NOTICE: The website is currently Down For Maintenance to the public

Found how to turn the shop back on ... now I need to sort out the appearance of the shop.

Is there a way to lift the appearance and formatting over from the old shop?

Where do I set the shop width and header image?
