Problem with getting EasyPopulate to work

If this is in the wrong area, I apologize.

I have tried 5 times, meaning I totally uninstalled ZenCart and started over and I still get the same error from easy populate.
Strange but there is no default language to work... That may not happen, just in case...

When I try to do the SQL install I get:
Forbidden

You don't have permission to access /MyAdmin/sqlpatch.php on this server.

Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.
Also easypopulate shows up in Tools, but not in configuration

Are you sure that the version you are using is compatible with ZC 1.5.3? When say have installed multiple times, isthere any other plugin(s) installed before trying to install/use the version of Easy Populate that you are trying?

What specific version of Easy Populate are you trying to use? The correct location to post about this issue would be at the forum where the specific version is discussed...
