Advanced Shipper - can I turn off certain options?

I need to turn off a method when Mixed Stock and non stock items are in Cart
Something like this i think

If Cart Contains only stock continue
Else Dont Show Method(s)1,2,3

And where would i place this code
Dont want to turn off whole module just a method in the module

When you say don't show method 1, 2, or 3 for example, is it that no product should be sent by that method(s) or just that those product(s) should not be sent that way? I thought this plugin (commercially available) offered some sort of combinations of shipping based on what is in the cart and that generally speaking those types of options/availability were available in the setup of the module... But perhaps contacting the current software provider would alleviate the issue?

ill try to explain
i have 4 distributors and have some stock from all distributors. i set up a shipping method
(Method 1) to handle stock only. tells the customer ships in 1-3 days.
Method 2 handles all non stock, so a customer can choose to drop ship from distributors, also ships in 1-3 days
method 3 handles all items ships from me in 7-14 days.
if method 3 (has stock and non stock items do not show method 1) they have to wait b4 shipping is sent

OK i cloned module need to turn off other module if stock == 0 in cart
