Hello, can someone help me understand SSL 3.0 errors? When a buyer checkout via PayPal Express Checkout, we get an email of the following.

(35) error:14094410:SSL routines:SSL3_READ_BYTES:sslv3 alert handshake
failure

My host has informed me that they disabled SSL 3.0, therefore this error shows my site is 'safe' and secure connections will be negotiated using TLS automatically. But as we still received this SSL3.0 error, they are saying the fault is with our code? Is this correct Thanks, Izzy.
