Payment method limited on order value.

Hi,

I'd like on my ZC 1.3.9h to have the possibility to limit a payment module not to be offered or displayed if the order value is above a certain value.

For example PayPal. Is there any way to do this?

And how about doing the same to disable the "COD - Collect on Delivery" module over XX amount value?

Another question: how could I make appear a text to inform customers that the Paypal payment method is available only for orders less than XX? I'd like to put that tesxt in the payment selection page, close too the selection buttons...
