customers can't login, admin password doesn't work either, masterpassword does ?

Strange situation on our v153 zencart installation. (PHP version 5.5.21)

Provider had a probleem with PHP and Apache on our server. Something with wrong cache settings and overloading the CPU. They updated the entire server and replaced a backup of our site. Everything seems to be working...

But since than customers can't login into their account anymore. The admins can't either. Strangely enough you can login with the MasterPassword (in all occasions).

anyone got any ideas or suggestions?

What was the old PHP version before they made all the changes?

For one of those customers or admins who can't login, what's the encrypted password hash that's stored in the database for them? (I'm interested in the first 10 and last 10 characters of each, plus how many characters total length).
