    Your site won't load here. Is it just images which don't display, or all styling?

    Able to get to the site after replacing two hyphens with periods was able to access the site. Came across same issue of not seeing css formatting nor any images.

    Was able to get to a specific image via piecing uris together: ie: http://www-procurement.designteamnig...mages/logo.gif

    1. Was SSL was enabled during installation?
    2. Did you allow the installer to create the configure.php files?
    3. Any host configured redirection / rewrite in cPanel (or other management panel)?
    4. Is your site trying to use a CDN for static resources? Have you excluded "/dstore" if this is configured?
    5. Do you have a SSL certificate for your domain? Has the hosting provider installed the certificate?

    I ask because it appears some of the links are being generated starting with "https://" and your site is not accessible via "https://". I am seeing a timeout which may indicate the webserver is not listening on port 443 (or is blocked by a firewall). If you plan to use SSL, you will want to talk to the hosting provider.

    Can you post the contents of "/includes/configure.php" and "/admin/includes/configure.php". When providing the contents obscure DB_SERVER_USERNAME and DB_SERVER_PASSWORD. Please wrap the file content in code tags (clicking the # when replying / posting will add these). An example of how this will look before posting: [CODE]contents of the file[/CODE].

    Can you post a copy of the output from phpinfo()? Again please wrap in code tags ([CODE]contents of the file[/CODE]).

    Can you post the contents of "/.htaccess" and "/dstore/.htaccess" (or indicate if not present)? Again please wrap in code tags ([CODE]contents of the file[/CODE]).

    go into your configure.php file and for the following defines remove the www. on the beginning

    Code:
    define('HTTP_SERVER', 'http://www.procurement.designteamnigeria.com');
    define('HTTPS_SERVER', 'https://www.procurement.designteamnigeria.com');
    so that it just reads

    Code:
    define('HTTP_SERVER', 'http://procurement.designteamnigeria.com');
    define('HTTPS_SERVER', 'https://procurement.designteamnigeria.com');
    if I strip the url down to that the page loads immediately with all styling intact. any further clicks on the site add the www. back and never load correctly.

    Did you allow the installer to create the configure.php files? Yes ( I removed dist_ from the original one)

    Is your site trying to use a CDN for static resources? Have you excluded "/dstore" if this is configured?

    Do you have a SSL certificate for your domain? Has the hosting provider installed the certificate? SSL is set to false

    Based upon what I am seeing in the HTML source, I would guess your hosting provider uses a very non-standard Apache + PHP setup / configuration (possibly with a proxy involved). Most likely this is the cause of the issue you are reporting (in particular causing protocol detection to fail).

    If my guess is correct, you may need to contact the hosting provider to have them "correct" the non-standard setup / configuration (or move to a different hosting provider). But first, I'd like to verify if the "guess" is wrong or correct.

    There are instructions for creating a file to provide the output from phpinfo() and display the information in a web browser on this webpage. The output will contain lots of additional information about your hosting provider's PHP configuration (and help us better advise you).

    I am specifically looking for the information contained in the "PHP Variables" section, although the rest of the output will also be valuable.
