States other than defined being charged tax

Hi,
I have setup my ZC to charge sales tax for georgia only but a customer from florida was charged sales tax, what gives?

Here is the setup for Tax Rate:

Priority:1
Tax Class: Taxable Goods
Zone: Georgia
Tax Rate: 6%
Description: GA TAX 6.0%

Zencart has a default tax rate installed for Florida. Did you remove that?

Yes, FL was deleted. Actually on second thought I edit the definition and changed it to GA. Maybe I should completed delete it and add GA?

Thank you. Apparently I missed the zone setup in the details (it was left in the default FL), lol.

I checked everything, all the details and zones are set to GA but customers outside of GA are still being charged tax, help what else do I need to check?

First, let's look at what Tax is set ... go to Locations / Taxes ... Tax Rates ... what do you see?

Click on DEFINE ZONES ... what do you see?

Click on DETAILS ... what do you see?

Basis of Product Tax
On what basis is Product Tax calculated. Options are
Shipping - Based on customers Shipping Address
Billing Based on customers Billing address
Store - Based on Store address if Billing/Shipping Zone equals Store zone
