HELP! Installed All Business then Catagory Dressing and it changed look

Oh my gosh... I ALWAYS back up before I do a add-on but, of course, I didn't this time . I have the All Business template installed. Loved the look! but I wanted the category box to ALWAYS show sub-categories too so I researched and found the Category Dressing add-on. I installed it and instead of the pretty Category box I had before its a orange box and still not doing what I need it to do! Is there a way to 'uninstall' it? and I was making such progress

I didn't catch the .... change stylesheet_categories_dressing.css to stylesheet_categories_dressing.css.bak ... it works now :-) but still have to figure out how to make it show sub-cats all the time.

I STILL NEED HELP! I got it to look right according to the All Business template, but I can't get it too look right AND open all sub categories to show all the time!
