stockFilter with layout issue.

I installed this

but once I installed, everything seen works fine.

but the index layout for new / special ect layout getting mass, and I wonder which file I should compare.

i have 3 item in a row to display correct, but once plugin install , the layout break.

if anyone can help ? please see the attachment.
