Having trouble with the shopping cart instructions

Hello. I've finished putting my website together and one of the last pieces to accomplish it to change the wording at the top of the shopping cart.

I went in to includes/languages/English/shopping_cart.php as instructed and made the change I wanted. I, then, uploaded the updated file through FileZilla, but the site did not change. I even tried putting the shopping_cart.php file in the includes/languages/English/my template/shopping_cart.php/ but it didn't override. I even went into the CPanel of my hosting site and it still did not change. I'm not sure why this won't work. Can anyone shed some light on this for me?

I'm currently still using ZC 1.5.1, and my template is Responsive Sheffield Blue.

OK, I don't understand why I continue to see the instruction thing on my computer. Maybe I'll delete cookies and try again.

In fact, I put a "stock" shopping_cart.php file in place, so it should have gone back LOL.

Yup, or clearing your current browser cache and restarting the browser might do the trick.

So, yes. With Internet Explorer, it doesn't show the updated cart instructions, but with Google Chrome, it shows the update; and on my phone, I see the update. However, it's kind of hit and miss. The update shows up sometimes and other times it shows the "you may want to add instruction here..." This isn't making much sense.

I've also noticed that some of the formatting of the site while viewing it in Google Chrome gets thrown off a little bit. Why would that be?

OK, so I found the problem. When trying to see what was going on, I noticed that we didn't change some of the links of the icons, so it was going to a test site that still had that "stock" verbiage. Now, we went through and fixed it. All works now. :)

I still don't understand why in Google Chrome or FireFox, the formatting gets thrown off. Any help on what I would need to do to fix this would be appreciated.
