Specials and coupon codes

Is there a way to have product specific Specials that need a coupon code? We want to have Facebook specials that need a code that is only given on our Facebook page and is applied only to a single product in our catalog. Can't seem to find any way to do this and I'm hoping someone can help.

Have you tried making Discount Coupon(s) with Restrictions to have the Top DENY and the 1 Product ALLOW ...

I've gone into Gift Certificates/Coupons->Manage Coupons but only Restrictions I can find is Coupons Zone Restrictions. This makes me think I'm not going into the correct place. Help Please.

After you have created a Discount Coupon, you will see on the right hand panel a button for:
RESTRICTIONS

This is where you can set the restrictions that the Discount Coupon is allowed for ...
