TaxCloud Tax Exemptions

I would like to look into the tax exemption capabilities of TaxCloud. I contacted TaxCloud for a few questions. During the conversation I asked how to get the "Are you tax exempt" link to show up on my checkout (I don't see it in my checkout process anywhere now). They said I would have to ask here to find out.

I assume this is a simple admin checkbox kinda thing, but I can not find it. Anyone know how to turn it on?

And if you have any experience with this aspect of TaxCloud (good or bad) I would love to hear it.
