Allow Paypal payment After Money Order Option Used?

I have two options for payment on my store. PayPal and Money Order.
I originally set up PayPal only. However there are people out there that seem to feel PayPal is demon spawn and refuse to deal in any way with them. So I added Money Order as an option for those individuals.

Fast forward to I now will have wholesale customers. The wholesale customers can use PayPal as payment method. But some of my wholesale dealers will want / kinda demand terms of NET30. Which means they can pay me later for what they ordered now.

My first thought to do this was to have them choose the Money Order Option then pay via PayPal later. However I can not find a way to allow a customer to go to my store and make a payment via PayPal on an order previously checked out as Money Order?

Can anyone tell me how I can allow a customer to
1. Order product from my store
2. Not make payment on that order at checkout.
2a. This could be via using the Money Order Option or something else if you have a suggestion?
3. Come back to pay for the order via PayPal at a later time.
3a. I prefer not to go to PayPal site and create an invoice there and send a bill to them that way.
3b. I would like all transactions to happen via my store.

Any insights or suggestions would be appreciated.

There is nothing "out of the box" that can achieve what you want to do, it would require custom coding - and pretty extensive too.

ZC, or any of the known plugins, are not geared towards keeping accounts - and that is what it would boil down to.
