    Default Payment module question

    Hello All,

    I just logged into my site and tried to access my payments module..... I am unable to change anything. When I click on any of the options I don't see an edit box for it.....

    I haven't accessed this page in a while so I don't remember if it is a bit different than other admin areas. Am I missing something? Is there an option some place to turn on editing functions?

    When looking at the Payment modules, on the bottom row do you see:
    Module Directory: /home/yourusername/public_html/yoursubdiretory/includes/modules/payment/
    If you look in the /logs directory (for newer Zen Cart versions) or /cache directory (for older Zen Cart versions) to you see any debug log files?

    If so, what do you see if you open the most recent one(s)?

    I'm not sure I understand the question.....

    When you say "looking at the Payment modules" are you referring to when I'm actually in the admin area where I can access the modules or are you referring to the actual folder on the server?

    When I am in the actual payments module inside my store I see nothing "on the bottom row".....Should I?

    If I go into the server folders there is a log file but the dates indicate no new ones....they are all dated back when I set up the payment modules.

    This sounds like you either have a backup file (or a renamed file) in the directory:
    /includes/modules/payment

    Or have mixed up the code files and language files or have a missing language file(s) in the directories:
    Code files:
    /includes/modules/payment

    Language files:
    /includes/languages/english/modules/payment

    Check those on the server ...

    Looks like you're onto something ..... I had to do a restore recently.....everything seemingly worked but I just got around to checking the payment area today.....

    How do I go about fixing that?

    Look in your /logs folder, as well. There might be a clue as to which of the payment modules is messing up the whole page's display.

    If you post a log's contents (and the log file has -adm- in its name), make sure to xxx-out your admin folder's name in the log's text.
