When an order has been made and dispatched I always go to “edit” then to the Status drop down menu and choose “Delivered”. My customer then gets an email stating their order has been delivered. (See below).
But often my customers email or call and say they have not got their order even though my email said it’s been delivered. They get confused by the word “delivered”.
Does anyone know where I go to change the Status drop down menu choice from “Delivered” to “Dispatched”. This would be more accurate and make more sense to my customers.
