I changed home web directory and nothing is working now

Hi,
I installed zen to mywebsite/store, every thing was working fine. Now I changed web directory from my hosting admin panel to mywebsite/panel, so that my website should be loaded directly when some one types my web address. Now situation is that website is showing, but no link is working. Additionally my admin page link is showing Not Found Error.
Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

How can I solve this?

Did you edit the includes/configure.php file?

No, I didn't edited any thing before. But I came to knew that at first I should have changed folders in configure.php so I reverted back web directory from hosting Panel.
Now I am looking which things to be edited in configure.php can you please inform what to edit?
