Change Header Links to my Product Categories

HI!

You can check my website out at www.chrislettetaylor.com. I offer a few different business TYPES under one brand. I basically would like to take the HOME, CATEGORIES, INFORMATION, etc. info & change it out with the categories for the different products that I offer. If that makes sense. I would appreciate it, if someone could assist me with how to change this. Thanks!

By inspection of the source code presented, it's a picaflur template 14828...

I believe you'd have to tweak these 3 files:

template/your_template/common/tpl_drop_menu.php
template/your_template/common/tpl_header.php
template/your_template/css/stylesheet_header_menu.css
