Download Tab Problem

I have a problem with the download tab for some products being so tiny it is barely visibly, I have no idea where I need to go to edit this box and would be really grateful for any guidance someone could offer. I have attached a 2 images as it is a bit odd that the box should show as very tiny for some and yet slightly bigger for others.

The size of the link appears to be controlled by the length of the download file's name. You could apply some CSS to that downloads table, forcing the column that contains the download link to have a fixed pixel width, e.g. width: 200px;

Without actually seeing the HTML associated with the page, it's "difficult" to provide more hints.
