simple buy one get one free add on is not discounting the products on checkout

I have used the simple buy one get one free by numinx and I can not get it to work this is what I have input into the boxes:
Buy One Get One, my site is Stuffwholesale.com. Could someone please tell me what I am not doing so this will work.

I see:

Seems like with the current setting of false wouldn't be any discount applied. (change that to true...)
Also it looks like the sale only applies if the price is
1.99 or possibly 2.00, if the product's original price is anything outside of those values then the simple buy one get one free by numinix.

Was thinking about why the option to enable and disable was provided and came up with this, removing the option entirely (uninstalling it) would require reentry of all of the data. During installation and data entry, as eachpiece of info is entered while it is enabled, then customers could see the result. Thus by disabling that clone of the tool, the information can be entered or modified without store side effect other than not being present for use.

Not applying discount I am using 1.5.4 but since the module doesn't overwrite anything figured it may work?
It is for a Turkey Call Store and supposed to give a mouth call for free with a $25 purchase for Father's Day.
