I would like some social media icons on the bottom left hand screen of my site

I don't know how to do this...I am not technical whatsover...I am hoping someone can talk me through this.

Head to http://www.zen-cart.com/downloads.php and search for 'social media' (without my quotes) - you should find something suitable there
