Zen Lightbox issue

Hi, I tried to search this issue but failed, though it seems to be a normal issue.
Additional images are being shown with the product, but when I click default image, it pops up with no previous next links. When I click any other image, it opens in a new small window which closes on clicking again. I had IH4 installed before, but now uninstalled it. This issue is same before and after IH4. Please suggest how to resolve this?

Also I am going to install Product Image Zoom, hope it will work fine.
