Sortable Orders Status

This plugin, soon to be submitted to the plugins' area for review, adds a Sort Order field to the Localization->Orders Status tool. The sort-order is honored within that tool and in the orders-status dropdown menus, making it easier for you to tailor the display of those values to you and your other admin-level users.
