Page frequently asked questions, links to fold open, how to

I have this thing I would like to look for on this forum, but being dutch I don´t know how it´s called in english

In my footer I have pages like frequently asked questions. If I just start writing there, it could become a really loooooong page
I like to solve that with clickable "links" that fold open.
Lets say you normaly only see:
How long for my package to be delivered?
But if you click on it, it folds open and you get:
How long for my package to be delivered?
It will take 5 business days for your package to arrive, bla bla bla

I don't have much experience in building a website, so I would like to read about this to then try to build it in my webshop.
Problem i'm having is that i don't know how this is called. So i don't know wich words to use to search for it.
My question is...not to tell me how to do this... but how this is called, so I can go read about it and try it myself.

Also maybe popup information or popup text. Typically javascript or jquery is used to offer the effect. So those two words (independently or together) may help your search to enlightenment. :) Dag!

This goes in the html... but uhm... of what file?
My files, named questions, is in different places.
modules/pages/
languages/dutch/
templates/template_default/templates/
And then I also have 2 defene_question files.
