I'm trying to figure out how to set a maximum value on the auto generated title tag to be 65 characters or less. I've looked in

/includes/languages/english/meta_tags.php

but don't if I need to put something in there or not. I've been searching all over to forums and can't find it anywhere. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
