Trying to find a tutorial/FAQ

I recall a tutorial or FAQ that was labelled Top 10 which was designed to aid novice Zen-Carters to help them setup the sites quickly with a lot of the common things to change, ie: Sales_Text, changing page_1 2 or 3 changing the logo etc. I need to find it for a friend who cannot and I can't find it either.

Does it still exist and if so, what is the link?
