Creating an order for a customer to pay

I'm trying to figure out a solution to the following scenario: I want to create a new order for a customer with a store account (COWOA not necessary) but want the customer to submit payment via the payment module so they don't have to give me their CC info, mail a check, etc...

Is this something Super Orders is capable of doing? If yes, how would I set that up? If not, might you know of another plug-in that can do what I'm looking for?

You are looking for a PAYMENT module.. Super Orders simply extends the default orders.php page (where you go to update orders after an order has been placed)

Create an account for them on the catalog side if they don't have one (use master password mod in plugins if they do, and login as them), then put the items in the cart and tell them to login and checkout.
