Upgrading green lights everywhere but says admin/includes/configure is missing

I have been doing an upgrade since forever. I have everything ready and when I run the new_store/zc_install/index.php I get to the system inspection and get a green everywhere until you get to files and permissions. I am getting a

red x admin/includes/configure.php = NOT FOUND

and 2 yellow circles with ! in them saying

admin/backups = Unwriteable (chmod 777 read/write)
admin/images/graphs = Unwriteable (chmod 777 read/write/execute)

I have checked both with File_Zilla and Notepad++ both show the configure.php is there and permissions are set at 777 on all three.

I have changed the permissions and changed them back and get the same message. The same with the configure.php. I deleted it and made an entire new one.

My question is should I go ahead with the upgrade?

This should NOT be ignored.

These can be ignored. (although they shouldn't be. It won't affect the upgrade)

I wouldn't.

I'd be looking into why the installation check program is reporting one thing and you are reporting another. This is often due to you looking at one set of files, but the installer is looking at an entirely different set.

Trust the installer as providing the 'correct' info. If *it* says 'File not found' then *it* can't find it even if you can. What *it* finds (or doesn't find) is what is important.

Quick question:
Since this is an upgrade, have you changed your admin back to say admin and not adminofmystore?

Trinity 14 you are my hero. I did not see a step to have the admin stay at admin. I had it set the same as the old store. I changed it back to admin and I am in. Thank you.
