Product description problems. Won't display so people can shop.

I am NOT a tech person. When it comes to websites and such I need the "for dummies" version. Please forgive me as I attempt to ask for help!

My site looks fine/was working fine until today. I can see everything except the actual product description/purchase from pages.

1) What version of Zencart is your site using
2) What version of PHP is your server using
3) have you made any changes whatsoever to the site recently
4) Contact your host, and ask if they have changed or upgraded anything on the server recently
5) Depending on your zencart version check either your /logs or /cache folder and see what error logs have been generated and put in there

To find your version of zencat and php

login to admin

on the right hand side in the menu bar it says | version | Account | Logoff
Click on the link that says version

it will load a page with loads of text and guff all we want it the bit that says

something like

Zen Cart 1.5.4

Database Patch Level: 1.5.4

and the bit that says ( should be just below the above bit in a purple box probably)

PHP Version 5.3.28
