Configuration > My Store > Store Owner set, but NOT appearing on Conf Page/Email

Hi - 1st post here, i've searched but did not return any results for "Store Owner" ... I am following through the zen-cart ebook. I did a test order via money order ... and noticed that the checkout confirmation page says "make check or money order payable to: the Store Owner/Website Name" ... same issue on the confirmation email. I have set, and triple-checked, the Store Owner is set under Configuration > My Store > Store Owner.

I installed Zen Cart via FTP upload, not via 1-click.
PHP Version: 5.4.37 (Zend: 2.4.0)
Database: MySQL 5.1.56-log

changes i have made - i've changed the banner.jpg to a custom banner, i have deleted countries/zones except for USA.

Have you checked

Admin
Modules
Payment
Check/Money Order
Check/Money Order (not configured - needs pay-to)

Edit the "Make payable to" data field to whom you wish the check to be made payable to.
By default, that setting is "the Store Owner/Website Name"

I do not have v1.5.4 installed, so I am assuming it is the same as previous versions.

that was it. not sure why i thought it was under My Store > Store Owner. Yes it is exactly the same in v154. thanks!
