Discounted price on multi purchase

Hello

I am trying to add postal insurance by making it a product.

It costs $2.95 + $1.50 per $100 insured.

What I've tried to do was make it $4.45 for 1 and then and extra $150 for each one after that, but I can't seem to be able to do it in quantity discounts.

Another wwork around would be to make the postage on this $2.95 and just make them $1.50 each, but I can't seem to work out how to assign a different (flat) postage rate to this product type only.

Is there something simple I'm missing?
