    Default Error message on website when installing new template

    Hi guys.

    Ive been trying to figure out why this error message comes up when I install a new template. I have reset the layout boxes in the backend but it still seems to come up with this error message.

    The website is www.healthvital.co.uk If anyone could help on this issue as to why the template is not working I would really
    appreciate it.

    Look in your store's /logs folder; there's a myDEBUG*.log file that identifies the source of the database error.

    Ok thanks.

    I have looked into the logs folder and there seems to be alot of MYDEBUG.log files. How do I know which one is the one giving out the error?

    Find a couple of the .log files that are different sizes (usually indicating different issues). Download them and open the files in a text editor (like NotePad++).

    Alternatively, you could install the Display Log Files plugin (http://www.zen-cart.com/downloads.php?do=file&id=1583) so that you can view those files from your Zen Cart admin.

    Hi guys. I have just installed a template for zencart called Responsive Sheffield Blue. I have reset the layout boxes controller. When I go onto the website. It comes up with a warning on the page which says:

    WARNING: An Error occurred, please refresh the page and try again.

    I looked into the logs and I found the following message:

    [18-May-2015 08:22:06 America/Chicago] PHP Fatal error: 1054:Unknown column 'show_box_min_width' in 'field list' :: select layout_box_name, show_box_min_width from zen_layout_boxes where layout_box_location = 0 and layout_box_status= '1' and layout_template ='responsive_sheffield_blue' order by layout_box_sort_order ==> (as called by) /home/healthvital/public_html/includes/modules/responsive_sheffield_blue/column_left.php on line 17 <== in /home/healthvital/public_html/includes/classes/db/mysql/query_factory.php on line 155

    If anyone can shed any light on how I can fix this problem it would be highly appreciated. As it seems that installing templates is becoming a real problem.
