I am rebuilding my site with ZC 1.5.4. What are the options if I want to use paypal. My last zc used paypal express,
but I had to make changes to it when it stopped working because of changes paypal made.
Should I be using the express module for paypal that is in 1.5.4 or should I use the one (NVP 84.0) located
in the download plugins area.

Unless you have a specific need for NVP 84.0, I would suggest using the standard ZC Express. The changes to which you refer (likely Poodle fix) are/were incorporated into zc 1.5.4.
