Page Errors and Account Errors

Hello All,



I've tried to go to the host to help fix the problem but can't get any help so going to try here and see if someone can help me out with a website. It seems it doesn't want to register new accounts or when you go to the cart to check out you can't do it either. I'm also getting these following errors:

Warning: Installation directory exists at: /home/blah/public_html/shop/zc_install. Please remove this directory for security reasons.

Your database appears to need patching to a higher level. See Admin->Tools->Server Information to review patch levels.

Can anyone help me figure out what is going on please?

But you need to provide details outlined in posting tips that appear above when posting

While this thread remains to be moved, from the above it appears that the you need to update the database through using the zc_install process to upgrade the database (only upgrade, do not install) and then delete the zc_install folder after making a backup copy.

Then, yes please address the other questions of the posting tips.
