My initial look at the USPS documentation for the 2015 change seemed like the changes were all related to special services. It turns out that that there was at least one change to Priority Mail International non-Flat Rate pricing and availability for Canada destinations. Without the needed changes instead of returning an error USPS has decided to issue the following in their response(seen in debug mode) and no price:
I have updated the module to handle that change. If you ship that postage type and want the update send me a PM with your email. NOTE!! This is not the entire module which must be purchased from JSWeb. This will only update an already purchased mod at 5.0.2.IntlRate will return <Service ID=”2”> but no <Postage> value will be returned and a new <ServiceErrors> / <ServiceError> tag will be returned with informational messaging
• Message text: IntlRate no longer supports prices for Priority Mail International. Reference www.usps.com/webtools for instructions on upgrading to IntlRateV2
I am reviewing the documentation to see if there are any other changes that must be made so stay tuned.
