USPS K7 install - Stuck in a "Missing Keys or Out of date you should reinstall!" loop

Yep, I've upgraded USPS many times over the years. Save settings, remove plug-in, upload new files, install, re-enter settings.

Unfortunately I've received "Missing keys.." message. Replacing the old Oct 2014 files to see if I can re-remove, or anything else, doesn't seem to work. There was a message regarding wrapper unable to fopen message in my debug, I changed the php.ini and now the error no longer appears, but I am sttill stuck regarding USPS.

Any thoughts?

Did you load the new USPS May 31, 2015 K7 code to your site and then:

1 Save old settings to NotePad

2 REMOVE

3 INSTALL

4 re-configure

Ajeh, yes. I believe I did that. Results would seem to indicate that I didn't, but nevertheless... I need to get out of this and back to operations..! :)

Are we saying the same thing?

You need to do the REMOVE, INSTALL and Re-CONFIGURE after you have copied the new files to the server ...

When you look at the Modules ... Shipping ... and click on USPS do you see the date:
USPS Version Date
2015-05-31

I may have hit remove BEFORE I uploaded the new version.

Could you try a REMOVE, INSTALL and Re-configure once more to see if this fixes things?

Unfortunately, Remove is not being presented.

Could you check the directory:
/includes/modules/shipping

and see if there are any old backup files or copies of renamed usps.php files in the directory?
