I have try to add products and I can preview the product on my administration panel, but on the actual web page I get :

Categories
All Products ...
when I select All Products it shows the web page but no products :

More products will be added soon. Please check back later.
All help will be appreciated

and by the way the categories have the status on:

3 Folder Documentation 0 of 0 active Status - Enabled 0 Edit Delete MoveMeta Tags Undefined
1 Folder Equipment 0 of 0 active Status - Enabled 0 Edit Delete MoveMeta Tags Undefined
2 Folder Parts 1 of 1 active Status - Enabled 0 Edit Delete MoveMeta Tags Undefined
Categories: 3
Products: 0 New Category NOTE: Category has SubCategories
Products cannot be added

Check your two configure.php files:
/includes/configure.php
/your_secret_admin/includes/configure.php

are they both using the same database information?

you nail it, different databases. which one I need to modify?

You have to decide which is correct ...

From the Admin perspective, your correct database is what you see in the Admin configure.php ... from the Catalog, that is the Catalog configure.php ...

Do you have Orders in either database?

Do you have Customers in either database?

If looks like your Products are all in the database referenced in the Admin configure.php ...
