Hi Guys , I'm preparing to update to 1.5.4, and checking my existing files, I find one odd one in Cache directory called sess_4llqetdpesmjp0iiq89aqsrp50
Any idea what this is?

I believe that is a session file for an active or not deleted session. Based on the folder it is data stored to support quickly accessing information related to the session.

Correct. Files named with that pattern are used for session handling.
