Blank page: products_new, featured_products, etc.

While working on my site I've just noticed that when I click on "New Products", "Featured Products", etc. from the header navigation bar a blank page is displayed.

From the error logs I'm receiving the following error message (private details removed):

Hmmm... It's worse than I thought. When visiting a categories product page, where ALL products from that category should be displayed, the centre column is blank (although the body of the site is there. See image below).

Do you have any plugins installed that have modified that file? If not, you can try uploading the default version from the version of zen cart that you are using.

Thanks for your reply Anne. It was a great idea which I implemented with high hopes. Unfortunately it was not the solution.

It seems that all pages that are involved in displaying the contents of a category are affected (and "New Products", "Featured Products", etc are also not functioning.). Individual products work fine, the shopping cart, checkout, etc. all work great. What might do that?

Anne, I just installed your responsive_sheffield_blue_1.1. I had attempted to install responsive_sheffield_blue_2.0 but ran into a number of issues and went back to 1.1. It was during this transition that this issue occurred.

I do believe that I've removed all of the 2.0 files but can you think of what I might have missed/done?

Files in responsive_sheffield_blue_2.0 included the following, which would seem to affect the pages I'm not having trouble with:

includes/modules/pages/about_us/header_php.php

includes/modules/pages/featured_products/header_php.php
includes/modules/pages/product_reviews/header_php.php
includes/modules/pages/products_all/header_php.php
includes/modules/pages/products_new/header_php.php
includes/modules/pages/reviews/header_php.php
includes/modules/pages/specials/header_php.php

However, I did save the originals prior to install and replaced those files after removing 2.0. To be on the safe side I just over-wrote those with files again, from a new copy of ZC 1.5.1. Unfortunately it did not fix the problems

Hmmm... I'm noticing now that on product category pages the right-hand sidebar is missing in addition to the products themselves, as seen on this page

OK, by uploading files from the default version of my Zen Cart (1.5.1) I've been able to resolve the issue of the missing category product images and sidebar.

However, the "New Products", "Featured Products", "Specials" and "All Products" still throw an error, although it is no longer a blank page but rather a warning (WARNING: An Error occurred, please refresh the page and try again.) and no images displayed, as seen on this page.

I'm not seeing any relevant error messages in the /logs - Any thoughts?

All of the symptoms you're describing imply that there are myDEBUG*.log files in your store's /logs folder (since you're running ZC1.5.1) waiting to give you the details behind the "partial whitescreen" and "Warning: An error occurred..." message.

Agree that there should be a log file; however, the generation of it is dependent on the path in the includes/configure.php file. Mind posting it with the database information obscured?
